Stamp Club Information
Do you want to grow your stamp collection a little at a time, while staying on a budget?
If you do, a stamp club is for you!!
HOW DOES IT WORK? By joining a Stamp Club, you agree to spend $25 (plus shipping and handling)
each month, over a period of 6 months. I will place you in a group with 5 other stampers. One time during
the 6 month period you will be considered a Hostess and receive all the Hostess benefits. (A great way to
add to your sales during your host month is to have your own workshop. The sale from your workshop will
be added to the club order.)
Each month I will be teaching a new technique and you will get to make and take 2 new projects. I will
provide all the supplies necessary for the projects (please bring your favorite adhesive.) Project samples
will be pre-cut so you can come and enjoy a no-stress, no-work stamping.
HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT ME?
- You’ll receive a free Idea Book and Catalog (New Catalog available July 1st)
- Your choice of a Level 1 Hostess set, and at least $15.00 in free Stampin’ Up! merchandise (if you want
to collect outside orders to increase the amount of free Stampin’ stuff that’s perfectly fine)!
- You can grow your collection of stamps while staying on a budget.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
- Your favorite adhesive (all other supplies will be provided)
- On your host month please provide a snack for the club.
- Your order and payment are due ON or BEFORE the club meeting.
WHEN DO I ORDER? ON or BEFORE the club meeting you can call me or email me your order for the
month. I will tell you the total for your order and you can mail me the check. Orders will arrive
approximately 1 week later.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER? Orders may be picked up from me.
WHAT IF I SPEND MORE? If you think that you may spend more than $25 a month, you may choose to
become a “Double Member.” As a double member, you commit to spending $50 a month instead of $25,
and you will be the Hostess two times during the 6 month period.
WHEN DOES STAMP CLUB MEET?
Stamp Club will be held the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm for 6 months. If more groups are
needed classes will be on a different Thursday evenings. I am considering starting a DAY stamp club, let
me know if you and others are interested.

may change to achieve the minimum requirement for $150 per club order to reach hostess benefits. * *

Stamp Club Agreement
I, ______________________________ , agree to be a member in the Stamper’s Club organized by
Timmi Park, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
- I agree to purchase each month, for 6 months, a $25 minimum order of merchandise ($50 if I am a
double member) from the current Stampin’ Up! Idea Book and Catalog. (Amount before shipping and
handling.)

- I understand that I must submit an order and payment on or before the club meeting of each month,
including the month that I am the hostess. If I fail to place the order by the deadline, I understand that card
stock products will be ordered in my behalf to fulfill my minimum club requirement and I will be billed for this
merchandise.

received that month. I may increase my workshop total by gathering outside orders or *by hosting a
workshop in my home before the 15th of my Hostess month.

Please keep a copy of this contract and either mail or email me another. After this form has been signed
and returned, you will receive the information for your specific club (When your club begins and the month
that you will be the hostess).
By signing this agreement, I understand the club rules and obligation of stamp club and will do my best to
RSVP the week of club. If I am unable to attend, I will have my order turned in before the night of club.
